Our Factory is located in the outskirts of Alexandria. Our production plant is made up of several buildings that contain the machines that operate on our raw materials. The machines and automated lines that work on the products are well equipped with the latest technology and has a yearly production capacity of 20,000 MT.
Types Of Machines & Automated Lines 1) A
Complete Automatically Operated Line for Cleaning Medical Leaves.
Marjoram, Basil and such
products. It Cleans

4) "Brounati" Italian Magnetic Machine. It is also used for cleaning clover seeds. Gets rid of Dodders by the aid of iron powder and magnets. It produces or cleans about 10 tons per day.

Works through an Optical lens that detects wastes and throws them out. Used for
Fennel seeds, Sesame seeds, Clover seeds and other seed like products. Gets rid
of foreign materials and cleans any Rodent wastes. Cleans By a 99.9 Percentage.
6) A Complete Automated Line for cleaning and separating seeds. Such as sunflower seeds, white or stripped. It cleans by a 99.9 percentage. The line consists of:

Cleaning Machine. its a line machine used in the process of sifting,
cleaning and processing of seeds such as coriander, fennel, caraway, sesame and
other related seed products. It Produces 25 tons per day. The gravity separator type KA is used for fine grading and impurity separation of a number of products with identical particle size but with differences in their respective weights. In particular grain and mill cleaning of for instance flower seeds. Often this is the only possible method to achieve the purity required and the gravity separator is therefore used where traditional cleaning methods by air, screen, and indented cylinder prove to be less than effective. By a well-balanced combination of passage of air and a sifting movement the KA procedures an effective fractionation of material with small weight difference. The KA separates for instance badly developed and damaged seeds, stones, earth, weed seed and strange crop seed, giving the prime goods a maximum germination capacity and power, and high purity.
